This company is expanding their BAS Controls Sales team and is seeking an individual who would like to be grow with the department.

The business provides a full array of HVAC services at the highest levels of quality possible to its clients in the Baltimore-Washington DC area. These services include HVAC Services, Operational Assessment, Emergency Repair and Rental, Indoor Air Quality, Energy Optimization, Design, etc.

• Outside Sales/Controls Salesperson.
• 3- 5+ years of experience and understanding of outside sales within the Controls industry.
• Strong customer services and rapport.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Able to travel to service areas.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of control service work.
• Retain ongoing relationships with companies’ current clients and grow new business in controls service work.
• Responsible for achieving sales goal.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of offerings.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Travel to service areas to meet clients.
