Thrive Yoga is a 20-year established boutique yoga and wellness studio serving a thoughtful, loyal community—primarily ages 35–65—who value intelligent programming, longevity, and personal connection. As we enter our next phase of disciplined growth, we are hiring a Membership Sales & Growth Specialist to help us grow intentionally, profitably, and sustainably.
This is a consultative sales role
, not a front desk position and not a flexible side role. Success is measured by conversion, retention, and contribution to long-term revenue—not volume or pressure tactics.
Our students are curious, discerning, and value guidance over hype. They want clarity, confidence, and a trusted professional to help them choose the right membership and programs.
What You’ll Do- Convert inbound leads into monthly and annual memberships through consultative conversations
- Drive upgrades and enrollment into high-value programs (Sound Immersion, Longevity, Trainings, Workshops)
- Follow up consistently with new and returning prospects by phone and email
- Track activity, outcomes, and follow-ups using CRM
- Identify trends and opportunities through reporting
- Encourage and facilitate 5-star Google reviews
- Attend and support info sessions and key studio events
You will have clear monthly and quarterly goals tied to memberships, upgrades, and programs. Performance is measured by retained revenue and follow-through.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days- Deep understanding of Thrive’s offerings and ideal client journey
- Confidently leading studio tours and membership consultations
- Consistently following the sales and follow-up process
- Beginning to meet conversion benchmarks
- Sharing insights from client conversations and reporting
- Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based preferred)
- Comfortable with consultative selling and accountability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM experience (Mindbody, Loyalsnap of e-marketing software platforms preferred)
- Professional relationship to wellness—this is a career role, not a personal healing journey
- Base salary: $52,000–$58,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission and performance bonus tied to retained revenue
