Role Description
We have 2 full-time openings located in Rockville MD and DC. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, monitor sales performance, and support team training and development. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering a collaborative, motivated team environment. The role ensures the store runs efficiently while meeting or exceeding goals for sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills
- Retail operations expertise, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales planning
- Customer service and communication skills to enhance the in-store experience
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily operations effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail management or a related field is highly desirable
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges and team dynamics
