Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Location: Rockville / Bethesda

As a Jewelry Merchandising Lead at beeline, you’ll be the face of the company while working flexible hours – you’ll be traveling throughout an assigned territory, building relationships with retail store teams, and merchandising the latest trends in fashion jewelry and accessories. This position also acts as the subject matter expert to the Jewelry Merchandiser role.

• Report to one of our District Managers and "own" a market of around 5‑20 retail locations within a 25‑mile radius, give or take. Travel, including overnights, is required.
• Training and mentoring your peers (especially new merchandisers) and covering POS throughout the span of the district.
• Ensuring consistent visual merchandising standards are followed throughout the district to drive profitable sales while telling a visually compelling "story".
• Staying consistently aware of what’s happening in the market and keeping your District Manager informed.
• Building relationships with store employees and management to maximize sales and fixture placement in POS throughout your assigned territory.

• You’re energetic, reliable, and great with people.
• You learn quickly, stay organized, and pay attention to the details.
• You like to follow directions but you don’t mind making decisions when needed.
• You’re comfortable with technology, have access to the internet and an email account, and can work effectively without a ton of supervision.
• You enjoy training others, and you’re good at it.

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license; in metropolitan markets, an exception to the Driver’s License requirement for MMs may be considered with Supervisor approval.
• Proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and valid license will be required and verified on a regular basis.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Be able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and kneel.
• General availability to train during daytime business hours.
