As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high‑quality beverages, deliver top‑notch customer service, and maintain a clean, organized work environment inside a vibrant, fast‑paced soccer and recreation facility.

• Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately.
• Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications.
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly.
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Keep all areas—workstations, kitchen, and dining areas—clean and organized.
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols.

• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

• May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Fast‑paced and occasionally high‑pressure environment.
• Compensation: $17.65 per hour.
