OUR DINING SERVER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER POSITION
The primary purpose of our Dining Server position is to perform a variety of duties to prepare and serve meals for residents, staff, and visitors at Charles
E. Smith Life Communities.
- Prepare, assemble, and deliver resident meals.
- Serve residents with a focus on hospitality, engagement, and customer service.
- Adhere to quality service, infection control, and food safety standards.
- Appropriately replenish food and supplies.
- Complete sanitation duties.
- Perform dish room duties, as needed.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- If you are interested in dining and hospitality, we will train you in the skills needed to become a first-class server.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

VACCINATION POLICY
Our facility requires all hired associates to provide proof of vaccination records, including two doses of MMR, two doses of Varicella, and a Negative TB screen before employment. Additional documentation such as a Titer or Lab test proving immunity is also acceptable. Further details will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team upon employment.
