  • Other Immunomodulatory drug modalities (T‑cell engagers or multi‑specific proteins)
  • Autoimmune diseases research (E merging therap ies , p athogenic mechanisms, immune tolerance & reset, signaling pathway s )
  • Expertise in manipulating immune cells, particularly T cells, including purification, transfection/transduction, activation and expansion, and cryopreservation.
  • Familiarity with markers of memory, exhaustion, and activation for phenotyping of CAR‑T cells by flow cytometry.
  • Expertise in immune cell assays including multiparameter flow cytometry, in vitro cell‑based assays (e.g., cytotoxicity, proliferation, degranulation), live cell analysis (Incu Cyte), cytokine measurement (ELISA or Lumit), and multiplex assays. Preferably experience on BD instruments or Cytek Aurora for flow cytometry.
  • Expertise in basic cell line manipulation, including transient transfection, CRISPR knockout, antigen over-expression, and single‑cell cloning.
  • Expertise in basic molecular biology techniques, including genomic DNA extraction and qPCR for vector copy number measurement.
