The primary purpose of the LPN is to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Supervise, support, and evaluate nursing assistants during daily nursing activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident status.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing college or university, or graduated from an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Maryland.
- Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.

Education & TrainingMust possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN in Maryland.
Pay and Benefits- LPN pay ranges from $30.75 to $33.95 per hour.

All hired associates must provide proof of vaccination records, including two doses of MMR, two doses of Varicella, and a negative TB screen before employment. A titer or lab test that expresses proven immunity to the following diseases is also accepted.
