The primary purpose of the LPN is to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate nursing assistants during daily nursing activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident status.

• Graduated from an accredited nursing college or university, or graduated from an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Maryland.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English.

As an LPN, you can choose from a variety of shifts and units that fit your schedule. A recruiter will work with you to find a schedule that meets your needs.

• LPN pay ranges from $30.75 to $33.95 per hour.

All hired associates must provide proof of vaccination records, including two doses of MMR, two doses of Varicella, and a negative TB screen before employment. A titer or lab test that expresses proven immunity to the following diseases is also accepted.
