Job Overview
As Communications Project Manager
, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of outreach and marketing activities for Epstein Creative Group’s clients in both the public and private sectors. Working closely with clients, creative teams, and community partners, you will help design and implement campaigns that raise awareness, promote engagement, and strengthen relationships with key audiences across government, nonprofit, and business communities.
This role requires excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. You will manage day‑to‑day campaign coordination, maintain schedules and deliverables, and ensure that all materials meet client expectations for quality and timeliness. The position involves both strategic input and hands‑on execution of outreach and marketing tasks, including event planning, content development, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in‑person channels for transportation, environmental, and business‑to‑business programs.
- Draft and edit copy for social media, websites, email newsletters, and printed collateral in collaboration with the creative team to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Engage with community organizations, partner agencies, and private‑sector stakeholders through meetings, events, and direct communication to promote campaign goals.
- Coordinate logistics for public events, webinars, and client activities, including setup, materials management, and on‑site support.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; communicate progress and milestones to senior staff and clients.
- Conduct research, gather feedback, and analyze campaign data to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain clear and consistent branding, messaging, and accessibility standards across all materials.
- Support administrative and coordination tasks that contribute to the smooth delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
This position will work with the public and private sector teams and report to the Client Services Director.
Education- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications
- Knowledge of Word Press, Canva, and Microsoft suite (Word, PPT, Excel) preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with proven ability to contribute effectively in a remote environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Experience in any of the following, a plus: website content management, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, public engagement.

Salary range is $60,000 - $70,000. Compensation will be based on the qualifications of the applicant.
