In this role, you’ll report directly to the CEO and be responsible for providing consistent excellence, expanding the operation, and innovating new ways to deliver a magical experience in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who can build systems from the ground up, lead managers, and continuously identify new avenues for profitability and efficiency while maintaining uncompromising quality and safety standards.
ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Business Management
- Own full P&L responsibility for field operations
- Hold team accountable for daily responsibilities, hitting volume and customer experience targets, and operating within the Roda way
- Track KPIs across safety, productivity, customer experience, and profitability
Process/System Development & Improvement
- Develop and execute strategies to increase margins, throughput, and utilization
- In partnership with leadership team, identify and implement new revenue streams, service offerings, and operational efficiencies
- Implement a comprehensive Safety Plan and Safety Manual in line with OSHA standards
- Establish clear standards of operation for technicians, advisors, valets, towing, and mobile staff
Team Management & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and develop Service Managers and operational leaders
- Ensure managers are leading their teams to Roda’s standard of consistent excellence
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Work with leadership team to build training paths and curricula by role
, and develop standardized onboarding plans and guides - Plan workforce across all operational functions to ensure staffing and schedules align with volume and profitability goals
- Partner with leadership on hiring and performance management
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of operations leadership experience (automotive, logistics, field services, or multi-site operations strongly preferred)
- Proven experience owning P&L and operational KPIs
- Strong background in SOP development, safety programs, and workforce training
- Experience scaling multi-location or multi-service operations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Hands-on leadership style with high standards and strong follow-through
