Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to own and scale installation-driven field operations in a fast-growing, execution-focused organization.
This role partners closely with the CEO to translate strategy into results by building strong operating systems, clear accountability, and scalable processes.
Key Focus Areas- Own end-to-end field and installation operations (scheduling, quality, throughput)
- Build and enforce SOPs, standards, and accountability systems
- Improve post-install customer experience and reduce rework
- Design operational org structure and operating cadence
- Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Proven experience scaling field operations in HVAC or HVAC-adjacent environments
- Strong operator with a track record of building SOPs and disciplined teams
- Comfortable leading complex, fast-moving operations with minimal oversight
- Industry fluency required; hands-on install experience not mandatory
- Reports directly to the CEO
- Full-time, exclusive role
