A leader in the consumer products industry is hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing and Brand in Rockville, MD for a full-time hybrid position.

• Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $135,000/yr

• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

• Lead and evolve the brand’s visual and verbal identity across packaging, digital, retail, and social channels.
• Translate high-level brand strategy into actionable in-house creative direction.
• Develop and manage an integrated marketing calendar supporting launches, campaigns, and social activity.
• Oversee campaign execution including digital, print, email, social content, and retail deliverables.
• Track performance metrics and provide leadership with monthly insights and optimization recommendations.
