Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Leading weekly sales meetings.
Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Liaising with the production team to ensure brand consistency and top quality products.
Training and mentoring sales team members on best practices for improved performance.
Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service.
