Dross Berman LLC is an established personal injury litigation firm seeking an associate attorney. The proper candidate will have 3 to 10 years of personal injury litigation experience, including District Court trial experience and at least some level of Circuit Court involvement and/or trial work. We are located in North Bethesda/Rockville.
Responsibilities- Oversee multiple pre‑litigation paralegals.
- Draft and negotiate settlement demands.
- Prepare and file pleadings in both district and circuit courts.
- Conduct district court and circuit court trial work.
- Barred in Maryland (DC and/or Virginia is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and legal writing skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work independently at times.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
