Mid-sized national law firm based in Rockville, Maryland, is seeking to fill an Appellate Litigation position. The successful candidate will have 0‑4 years of attorney experience, excellent writing ability, and the ability to work quickly and independently. Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and must already be a member in good standing of a state bar. Responsibilities include all facets of managing a federal appellate caseload.
Training will be provided for attorneys new to this field.
Salary: $90‑120k depending on experience. Firm offers medical/dental/vision, matching 401k and performance‑based bonuses. This position requires residence in Maryland, DC, or Virginia.
