In‑House Attorney – Epic

Location:

Madison, WI (relocation assistance available). This role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area.

Your role will support Epic’s expanding global footprint, negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with leading healthcare organizations worldwide.

• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world.
• Own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Handle compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
• Manage litigation.
• Expand knowledge of industry and take on increasing responsibility as your expertise grows.

• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivated to learn about intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
