We are seeking a skilled Manual Functional QA Engineer with expertise in backend, API, UI, and mobile testing to join our team. As a Manual Functional QA Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough, hands-on testing to ensure the functionality and quality of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the product meets both functional and user experience standards.

• Proven experience in manual functional testing across backend, API, UI, and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of API testing, with experience using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Hands‑on experience in UI testing, including cross‑browser and device testing.
• Experience with manual testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Ability to write and execute comprehensive test cases and document defects clearly.
• Knowledge of database testing, including basic SQL queries for data validation.
• Solid understanding of Agile development processes and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to report bugs and test results effectively.

• Perform manual functional testing on mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Test mobile app functionality across different devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.
• Check for compatibility, responsiveness, and stability of mobile apps.
• Report issues related to mobile‑specific behavior and UI/UX on mobile devices.

• Design, document, and execute detailed manual test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage across all functional areas.
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., Jira).

• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Communicate test results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide clear, actionable bug reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure continuous quality improvements.
