Senior Network Security Engineer

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance.

• 12 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 4 additional years of applicable professional experience may be substituted for a degree.
• One of the following certifications: CISSP, CASP+ CE, CISA, CCNP Security, CCNA, GCED, GCIH, CCSP.

• Develop, plan, and implement scalable network solutions, new network layouts, and upgrades.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewall rules, access controls, and security protocols to protect data.
• Resolve network issues.
• Monitor network health, analyze traffic patterns, and improve visibility through metrics and alerting.
• Create and maintain network documentation, policies, and procedures.

• Proficient with Linux;
  Linux system administration experience is a plus.
• Security+ certification.

• Working knowledge of Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with Linux servers.
• Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources.
• Experience with Ansible or Salt scripts.

Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 annually
