The Senior UX Researcher leads discovery and generative research efforts across multiple products, driving user-centered strategy and influencing product direction. This role partners closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover user insights, define success metrics, and translate research findings into measurable product impact.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to balance rigorous research with agile delivery needs.

• Lead UX research strategy and execution across multiple products, managing concurrent initiatives.
• Plan and conduct discovery research using a diverse range of methods, including interviews, surveys, diary studies, focus groups, contextual inquiry, concept testing, usability testing, and behavioral/log analysis.
• Develop hypotheses through analysis of existing products, user data, and prior research.
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance research planning, synthesis, and insight generation.

• Design and facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and collaborative research activities with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define success metrics and demonstrate research impact.
• Champion user-centered design practices across teams with varying levels of UX maturity.
• Influence and educate stakeholders on research processes and best practices.

• Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Present research insights effectively to diverse audiences, from agile product teams to executive leadership.
• Contribute to and maintain research repositories to ensure insights are documented and accessible.
• Collaborate with the broader UX community to align on research standards and cross-train team members.

• 7–10 years of UX research experience, with strong expertise in discovery and generative research methods.
• Proven experience facilitating design thinking or systems thinking workshops.
• Advanced proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies grounded in disciplines such as Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present persuasive insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Portfolio or case studies that clearly demonstrate research process, methodology selection, strategic thinking, and measurable product impact.
• Ability to work independently while effectively influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience balancing rigorous research standards with lean and agile methodologies.

• Experience developing long-term research strategies and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with design systems and their role in product development.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience building or contributing to research repositories.
• Background in regulated or complex industries.
• Experience with digital adoption and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Google Analytics).
