We are seeking an experienced Service Now Senior Developer to support a federal homeland security program. This role requires a strong platform developer with broad module experience and an active DHS-adjudicated Public Trust clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance solutions across the Service Now platform
- Support and optimize modules including ITSM, SPM, ITAM, and ITOM
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with federal stakeholders
- Maintain platform governance and development best practices
- 5-7+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
- Strong cross‑platform experience (ITSM, SPM, ITAM, ITOM)
- CSA and CAD certifications
- Experience supporting federal programs strongly preferred
- Active DHS Public Trust clearance
- Clearance must be adjudicated by a DHS component such as:
- TSA
- CBP
- ICE
- FEMA
- USCIS
- Secret Service
- U.S. Coast Guard
- DHS Cybersecurity
- DHS Headquarters
- Fully Remote
- Contract (9-12 Months, Potential Contract-to-Hire)
- C2C: $100-110/hr OR W2: $80-90/hr
