Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required). We do not sponsor clearances. - Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.
- Consolidate multiple Jira Service Desk instances into one unified service portal.
- Design workflows, forms, queues, SLAs, and automations that improve response and routing.
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and map current processes.
- Integrate Jira Service Desk with APIs and scripts to reduce manual steps.
- Document configurations, standards, and operating procedures in Confluence.
- Support Linux based environments tied to the HPC mission.
- Clearance:
Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required). - Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Twenty years of experience as a Systems Engineer on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five years of additional Systems Engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
- Linux CLI and Linux tools experience.
- Extensive Jira Service Desk configuration, administration, and customization experience.
- UI and UX design and development experience using relevant tools and frameworks.
- API integration and scripting experience using Bash and Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail.
- Atlassian tool suite experience, Jira and Confluence.
- Agile software development or project delivery experience.
- Git source control experience.
- Linux, Jira Service Desk, Jira, Confluence, UI and UX design tools, REST APIs, Bash, Python, Git.
