Brief Job OverviewUSP is seeking a Program Manager – Digital Standards to oversee cross‑functional planning, execution, and delivery across the growing Digital Standards product and policy ecosystem. This role ensures coordinated progress across multiple work streams, including digital reference standards, qNMR software, supply chain analytics, digital documentary standards, USP digital method conversion, policy development, industry pilots, marketing, and scientific development. The Program Manager will maintain the Digital Standards master plan, track timelines and dependencies, ensure budgets are managed responsibly, and flag risks and resource needs to leadership.
As pharmaceutical development and manufacturing continues its digitalization journey, USP is seeking to take an active, collaborative role in helping advance digitalization of analytical development and quality control workflows through the delivery of chemical reference and analytical method standards directly into digital environments. This position will help ensure that resources are used efficiently and processes are established to help USP scale its Digital Standards portfolio.
This role is hybrid, with an expected travel commitment of up to 10% for planning workshops, cross‑functional meetings, and program reviews.

The Program Manager, Digital Standards has the following responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Digital Standards portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment across product, scientific, policy, marketing, and communications work streams.
Lead cross‑functional program planning activities, coordinating objectives, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
Track progress of all Digital Standards initiatives, including product development, policy work, pilots, marketing campaigns, and scientific deliverables.
