CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee‑owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Telecommunications Support Technician to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position will assist in providing support to end users on a variety of issues.

• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution.
• Identify current or anticipated problem areas relating to telecommunications hardware and software systems.
• Provide asset management and tracking support of cellular, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), analog, circuits, and broadband services, and associated equipment.

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of experience in Information Technology or in a related area.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Information Technology Service Management.
• Experience relying on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Experience performing a variety of complicated tasks.
• Knowledge of telecom assets: cellular, VoIP, analog, circuits, and broadband services.
