Position: Team Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Work Location: On-site, Rockville, MD
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $20/Hr-$25/Hr

Minimum Qualifications- High school degree graduate or equivalent with some business courses.
- Two years previous administrative experience. Previous healthcare administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook programs, accuracy in data entry.
- Provides administrative support for Clinical Managers (CM) and team members.
- Assists in the coordination of transfers.
- Prepares for weekly Team Meeting for assigned teams.
- Assists with management of incoming calls as part of Patient Centered Care.
- Orders DME for patients and updates patient information.
- Orders and maintains medical supply inventory for assigned teams.
