As a Laundry Associate, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring that our residents always have clean, fresh, and neatly cared-for linens and clothing. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality help create a home-like environment that supports our mission of compassionate, dignified care.

Purpose:
Every day offers opportunities to bring comfort and cleanliness to those we serve.
- Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, and personal clothing for residents.
- Follow proper infection control and safety procedures to ensure the highest sanitation standards.
- Label and track residents’ laundry to ensure accurate delivery.
- Maintain organization in laundry areas and storage spaces.
- Assist with minor repairs (e.g., sewing labels, mending small tears) as needed.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding equipment maintenance or supply needs.
- Support the team by performing other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or environmental services experience is a plus, but not required; training provided!
- Strong attention to detail and respect for residents’ privacy and belongings.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a warm, team-centered environment.
- Reliability, positive attitude, and pride in a job well done.
