As a Social Worker at DaVita, you will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team, supporting patients through the transition to dialysis and helping them understand their rights, responsibilities, and the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

• Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Advocate and support patients in navigating government and private insurance programs.
• Guide patients through management of the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

• Meet all state‑required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and functional proficiency with DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days.

Base pay range: $31.00/hr – $49.50/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
