Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our care team serving clients in Maryland and Washington, DC
. This role is essential in providing high-quality, person-centered care in both facility and home settings.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition
- Provide mobility support and safe transfers
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders and appointment assistance
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- MUST HAVE CNA Certification (Maryland) or HHA Certification (Washington, DC)
- MUST HAVE CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
