CNA/CMT Needed for Couple's Care in Rockville. Nest & Care is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients. If you have a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need, we want you to join our team.

• CNA or CMT with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc. (or equivalent experience)
• Must be able to do Couple's Care
• Must have strong dementia experience
• Must be patient and communicate well
• Must be able to DRIVE clients to errands or appointments
• Caregivers with good attendance
• Caregivers who believe they can make a difference in the lives of their clients
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provide consistent quality care based on the plan
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, and call-out procedures
• Clocks in and out of every shift on the systems associated with the client(s)
• Observe changes in behavior or health and notify Nest & Care personnel if necessary
