** ePrep Credentialing Coordinator.
** The
** ePrep Credentialing Coordinator
** is responsible for managing the end-to-end credentialing process for a high number of behavior technicians each month to ensure rapid Maryland Medicaid enrollment and prevent service delivery delays. This role requires persistent follow-up with staff to collect required documentation while maintaining accuracy in all submissions. This role will work out of our Rockville, MD corporate office.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Track and collect required documentation from newly hired behavior technicians (high school diplomas, fingerprint clearances, etc.).
* Follow up persistently but professionally with technicians via phone, text, and email to obtain missing documents.
* Verify documentation completeness and accuracy before submission.
* Submit and manage provider enrollment applications in Maryland & PREP system.
* Monitor application status and respond quickly to any returned applications (RTPs) requiring corrections.
* Maintain an accurate tracking system showing enrollment status for all technicians.
* Coordinate with clinical/operations to prioritize urgent enrollments based on client staffing needs.
* Flag enrollment delays that may impact service delivery.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** Knowledge, Skills & Experience
*** Extremely organized with the ability to manage 50+ active applications simultaneously.
* Persistent follow-up skills - comfortable reaching out multiple times to get what you need.
* Detail-oriented - zero tolerance for errors that cause application rejections.
* Ability to work with urgency without cutting corners.
* Professional communication with hourly staff who may not be responsive.
* Comfortable with online portals and basic database/spreadsheet tracking.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with credentialing software or databases preferred.
* Minimum high school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Knowledge of behavioral health industry terminology and ABA services preferred.
** Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
*** Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Must be able to work 40 hours per week onsite in the Rockville, MD office.
* Ability to work cooperatively with team members across departments.
* Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
* Regular activities include sitting for extended periods, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling.
* Must be able to reach, pull, push, and lift up to 15 lbs.
* Requires manual dexterity as well as adequate auditory and visual abilities.

Salary: $50,000-$55,000
