What You'll Do- Answer, assess and listen to customer questions, needs and concerns; show empathy in sensitive situations; strive to exceed expectations, provide alternative solutions to problems, and achieve the best possible outcome for customers
- Provide counseling on prescriptions, relaying information to customers for success and confidence with at‑home use of medication
- Perform all necessary steps of workflow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error‑free products
- Maintain product levels, improve efficiencies, seek continuous improvement opportunities, identify barriers to achieve goals, and elevate issues when appropriate
- Support and stay current on company wellness initiatives; ensure consistency and execution and share best practices
- Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations; ensure company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures are followed

The physical demands of this work are classified as light. Work includes standing for up to 4 hours without a break, walking, repetitive forceful pinching and grasping, repetitive hand and arm movements, frequent use of the telephone and computer, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast‑paced environment. The average weight range of items lifted is 1 – 10 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 10 pounds occasionally.
Upper extremity repetition is moderate to moderately high and trunk movement involves moderately low twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors.
Basic tools and equipment used include computer, telephone, pill counter, and pharmacy and office supplies.
Experience working in a high volume retail Pharmacy setting;
