Strategic Nonprofit Controller & Grants Lead

A leading non-profit organization is seeking a Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role includes managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and providing leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred, and have at least ten years of progressive accounting experience, particularly within non-profits.

Expertise in Excel and experience with tools like Financial Edge and Yardi will be beneficial.
