Overview
Assignment Type: 3-6 month contract
Compensation: $70-80/hr
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Requirements- 12+ years in Finance/FP&A
- Ownership of company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting for income statement and cash flow.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills (LLMs, Gemini, SQL, Looker).
- Management of 10+ team members and 5+ years in leadership
- Own and direct the company’s financial planning cadence, including long-term strategy, annual budgeting, and monthly and quarterly forecasting for the full income statement and cash flow.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global FP&A team, establishing clear career paths, expectations, and development goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and financial thought partner to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to support data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and maintain financial models and analytical tools to uncover trends, explain variances, and identify performance drivers, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Produce timely ad hoc financial analyses to inform critical business decisions and contract negotiations.
- As a member of the senior leadership team, promote financial rigor and transparency across the organization, working closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure alignment.
- Develop robust business cases for new investments, marketing effectiveness, strategic initiatives, and M&A activities, including valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and post-integration planning.
- Monitor performance against company objectives, recommend corrective actions or new initiatives, and lead discussions around key organizational KPIs.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly business reviews, including comprehensive reporting and insights.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
