Overview

Habitat America, LLC, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced, full‑time Property Manager for Chimes, a new tax credit community in Bethesda, Maryland. Chimes is a new construction tax credit multi‑family community composed of 163 units. Prior lease‑up experience is desired.

• Leasing and marketing
• Compliance
• Operations
• Resident relations
• Staff management

• 3+ years experience as a Tax Credit Property Manager
• Tax Credit file/compliance experience required
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or similar certification is a plus
• Strong emphasis on leasing and marketing – prior lease‑up experience desired
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take directions
• Yardi software experience is a plus
• Experience reviewing monthly operating statements for accuracy, budget to actual variances, and cash flow control
• Ability to produce reports and monthly financials accurately and timely
• Experience certifying and re‑certifying resident income in strict adherence to agency regulations
