Electrical Engineer (Entry Level)

Actalent is seeking an entry‑level Electrical Engineer to support the design and engineering of building electrical systems in Rockville, MD. This is a Contract to Hire position with a pay range of $33.17 – $43.27 per hour.

• Design and engineer building electrical systems under senior engineer guidance.
• Perform engineering calculations such as power load, illumination, short circuit, and voltage drop.
• Develop design documentation, including reports, one‑line diagrams, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction partners to ensure integrated solutions.
• Support all phases of design from conceptual studies through construction administration.
• Engage in field investigations, RFI responses, submittal reviews, and punch list activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD.

• Internship experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical projects is beneficial.
