This role is responsible for providing technical leadership and management support to the civil structural engineering group across all projects. This includes directing the work of individual contributors on the team, at the discretion of projects which they are supporting, providing organizational support for the project team, and leading the design, analysis and drafting of structures, systems, and components. This role is responsible for providing technical oversight for the civil structural designs as well as plant site design through all project life cycle phases.
The position is also responsible for supporting the development of budget, schedule, and resources for engineering activities as requested by manager.
