• Maintain classroom routines and implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Differentiate instruction and integrate technology to meet diverse learning needs
• Partner with families and collaborate with grade‑level teammates
• Support both academic and social‑emotional growth in a nurturing environment
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events

• Undergraduate degree in education or related field
• 2+ years classroom teaching experience (kindergarten/early elementary preferred)
• Knowledge of Science of Reading principles
• Strong communication skills and genuine passion for young children
• Flexibility, high energy, and enthusiasm for teamwork

• $35 - $40/hour
