As a Branch Ambassador, you will use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers  banking experience. You will perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. You will resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

• Engage with customers in a friendly, engaging manner and connect with customers whether helping with technology challenges, casual conversations, or showcasing services and products offered.
• Help determine personal and business financial needs and connect customers with experts as needed to guide toward their financial goals.
• Adhere to compliance by following audit, security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.
• Support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate throughout the branch based on customer needs.
• Enhance the overall retail customer experience by reducing handoffs and serving as an expert.
• Learn about Capital One s products, services, and experiences to guide customers appropriately.
• Demonstrate digital savviness by educating customers on the mobile and online experience and navigating branch technology (laptops, iPads) and other banking channels.
• Work collaboratively with an energized team of banking professionals and inspire teammates.
• Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement, using various tools and channels to recommend solutions.
• Travel between assigned local branches to support the market as needed.

• Basic Qualifications
  :
  High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification; at least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience; at least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Preferred Qualifications
  :
  Associate s degree; 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. Salary ranges are location specific:

• Frederick, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
• Gaithersburg, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
• Germantown, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
• Rockville, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The actual salary offered will be in the offer letter.
