- Salary: $105,000 – $140,000 per year

- 4+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction
- Strong field management and jobsite leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage site operations, labor relations (including union environments), subcontractors, safety, and schedule execution
- Demonstrated track record successfully delivering construction projects
- Solid understanding of building systems and technical construction components
- Strong decision‑making, research, and analytical problem‑solving skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with construction scheduling software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual construction tools
- Experience training or mentoring staff on technical processes and quality standards
- Working knowledge of LEED and sustainable construction practices preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
