  • 4+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction
  • Strong field management and jobsite leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage site operations, labor relations (including union environments), subcontractors, safety, and schedule execution
  • Demonstrated track record successfully delivering construction projects
  • Solid understanding of building systems and technical construction components
  • Strong decision‑making, research, and analytical problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with construction scheduling software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual construction tools
  • Experience training or mentoring staff on technical processes and quality standards
  • Working knowledge of LEED and sustainable construction practices preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
