Actalent is seeking Project Manager to support general contractor construction company who specializes in commercial fit outs.

Day to Day:

- Project manager is responsible for 4-8 construction projects at any one time

- Ensure projects are high quality, delivered on schedule, within budget and in accordance with all requirements

- Coordinating client/owners and internal team

- Overseeing project budgets and scheduling

- Select and manage subcontractors

- Work with superintendent to manage day to day projects

This is a Permanent position based out of Rockville, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

- Vehicle allowance - no lay offs during covid event though they business was cut in half - strong backlog for the next year - strong employee tenure - great benefits, covered by HBW - room for development - exposure to different projects

This is a fully onsite position in Rockville,MD.
