• Perform field labor.
• Operate hand-held construction equipment.
• Learn heavy equipment operating, construction techniques, and regulations.
• Document field observations.
• Observe safe work practices.
• Actively develop your own career path.
• This role requires traveling to various project sites within the greater Mid-Atlantic area.

• GED or High School Diploma.
• OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
• 1-2 years of construction experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, piping and detention/retention basins.
• Safeland Training preferred but not required.
• Able to perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of sediment and erosion control.
• General carpentry and plumbing experience is helpful.
• Comfortable using pickups/equipment trailers.
• Good driving record.
• Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Able to understand grade and elevation instruments or willing to learn.
• Open to overnight travel.
