The Commercial Specialist supports the Commercial Operations Manager in driving revenue performance, ensuring high-quality client service, and maintaining operational excellence. This role blends client relationship management, commercial proposal processing, data accuracy, and financial coordination to support key departmental goals.
Responsibilities- Lead the creation of service proposals for existing clients, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the planning team to validate “Sold Days” in proposals, preventing revenue leakage from under-selling.
- Draft, review, and maintain commercial proposals in alignment with pricing guidelines.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and validated prior to service initiation.
- Monitor proposal status and maintain updates within internal systems.
- Coordinate proposal inputs with Project Managers and other internal teams.
- Support revenue protection by validating required information and preventing under-selling.
- Assist the Commercial OPS Manager in procurement documentation and PO processing.
- Maintain accurate client information and proposal records in Odoo, Prosipac and other internal systems.
- Assist in monitoring data integrity across commercial and operational platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree
- +2 years’ experience in B2B client communication/sales of services; MS Office skills (data analysis skills a plus)
- Strong client service orientation and communication skills
- Understanding of commercial processes, proposals, and budgeting principles
- Attention to detail with excellence in accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English;
French a plus
