Overview
System One is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within our IT staffing and consulting services practice. In this role, you will develop new client relationships, expand existing accounts, and partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver timely, high-quality talent solutions. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and influencing decision-makers in a competitive market.

Drive new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and securing IT staffing and consulting opportunities
Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring consistent growth and long-term retention
Expand existing client relationships through deeper account penetration and additional staffing needs
Proactively prospect new clients and contacts to increase System One’s market presence
Maintain regular communication with clients to anticipate hiring demand and workforce needs
Deliver virtual, phone, and in-person presentations tailored to client objectives
Collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure strong execution and client satisfaction
Stay informed on IT staffing market trends to support strategic sales efforts
Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in IT staffing or consulting
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Bullhorn and Zoom Info preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
