Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and transfer all calls; greet and attend to visitors.
  • Sort and distribute mail; handle/receive packages and deliveries.
  • Maintain reception area and process administrative assignments as required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma with some college or business school; two to five years of clerical experience.
  • Word processing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to converse clearly on the telephone.
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in stressful situations; ability to multi-task; timeliness and dependability are critical.
