• Analyze customer accounts to identify payment discrepancies, delays, or irregularities.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices.
• Enter wholesale or manual orders not processed through automated systems.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor, collect, and allocate incoming payments.
• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.
• Support employee expense reporting processes.
• Prepare and file applicable sales and use tax documentation.
• Record journal entries and assist with month-end close activities.
• Assist with Financial Analysis on Product Costs, Pricing, or Variance Analysis.
• Provide general accounting support as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 – 5 years of Corporate Accounting experience within Manufacturing, Bio Pharma, CPG, or Retail industries
• Strong experience and skills with AP
  , AR
  , Sales & Use Tax
  , GL Accounting
  , and Month-End Close
  .
• Foundational Financial Analysis experience (Product Pricing Analysis, Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis, etc.)
• Strong experience with Quick Books Online and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Advanced Functions, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail, a sharp and analytical mind, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A tech-savvy mindset, someone who enjoys utilizing technology to improve and automate processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and be a key player to help expand a high-growth business.
