Overview
The Accounts Payable Specialist will support a team of five by managing and processing vendor invoices, reimbursements, and journal entries. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process weekly reimbursements and manage vendor payments
- Prepare and post management account journal entries and receipts
- Scan and upload invoices into the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) system
- Perform invoice audits and verify accuracy of billing information
- Generate and maintain in-house financial reports
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Assist with month-end close activities as needed
