Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong experience using Quick Books and Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of general accounting principles.
Salary: $80,/year depending on experience
This is a hybrid opening (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in Quick Books
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Create and maintain financial reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Proficiency in Quick Books and Excel
- 4-10 years related work experience
