Accounting Clerk

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Rockville, Maryland. In this role, you will handle key accounting tasks, including tax form processing and financial documentation, while collaborating to ensure accurate and timely data management. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in accounting operations and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

- Process and enter tax forms with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Prepare and send engagement letters to clients in a timely manner.

- Execute numeric data entry tasks with precision.

- Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.

- Support team members during peak tax seasons with critical accounting tasks.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CPA firm is required.
