Job Title: Audit & Collections Analyst
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (up to $60K upon conversion)

Job Description:This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional looking to build experience in auditing, accounting, and collections. The Audit & Collections Analyst is responsible for reviewing financial data, tracking audit progress, and assisting with collection efforts to ensure compliance and timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and distribute audit correspondence while maintaining accurate records
- Gather required documentation for auditors and monitor ongoing audit status
- Review audit findings and manage delinquent contributions or payment discrepancies
- Verify and process audit invoices and payments
- Communicate with clients to resolve delinquencies and reconcile account information
- Support internal and external teams with reporting and document management
- Track legal collection cases and maintain detailed follow‑up logs
- Recommend corrective actions for over payments or inconsistencies
- Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as needed
- Experience: 2–3+ years in collections, auditing, or related accounting role
- Excel proficiency: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Plus: Experience with financial data or trust fund accounting
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Interview Process: One onsite interview with short Excel/math assessment
- Start Date: Approximately one week after offer
- Screenings: Credit, criminal, and drug background check required
