What You’ll Do

Lead and perform restoration projects in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard clean-up

Supervise, train, and mentor production technicians

Maintain clear communication with customers, insurance representatives, and the Puro Clean office

Ensure all work follows Puro Clean’s standards, safety guidelines, and IICRC best practices

Keep job sites, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized, and in top working condition

Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency responses

What We’re Looking For

IICRC Certifications (WRT required, FSRT/ASD preferred) or the ability to obtain them

Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience preferred

Solid work ethic, reliability, and a positive “can-do” attitude

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., work in confined spaces, and wear respirator equipment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
