We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our construction team as Civil Construction Foreman, Wireless Civil knowledge is a must. In this role, you will be an essential part of various civil construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of infrastructure and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and adapt to different construction tasks.

• Operate as a Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, including compounds, shelters, trench work, concrete, conduit, steel erection & installations, electrical installations, RF installations, and site de-installations.
• Utilize heavy equipment and trucking to excavate, install, and complete projects.
• Foreman responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance - maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types.
• Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently.
• Must be able to work at heights.
• Ability to travel overnight a week at a time.
• Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment.
• Assist in the building of all types of communication sites (self-supporting, guyed, monopoles, and rooftops).

• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• A valid driver's license is required.
